Deborah Bussiere formerly served as Chief Marketing Officer for Grayscale Investments. Prior to Grayscale, she served as Global Chief Marketing Officer for Broadridge Financial Solutions, where she was responsible for driving revenue, relationships and reputation. Previously, she served in a consulting capacity as Chief Marketing Officer for FinTech startups that have included Rugged Communications (rural internet connectivity) and Cyrus Innovation (multiplatform mobile apps). From 2003-2013, Deborah worked for EY where she served as Chief Marketing Officer, fulfilling a key role in directing strategy, vision and execution for all marketing, communications, digital/social media, PR and client events functions across the Americas and driving the elements of market leadership: brand, relationships, reputation and market share. Before accepting the Chief Marketing Officer position, Deborah held several, simultaneous, senior roles at EY, including leading the Global Financial Services marketing team and acting as the Americas Financial Services Business Development Operations Leader, where she worked closely with the teams from Industry, Service Lines, Accounts and Business Development. Prior to joining EY, Deborah was a Co-Founder and Director of Marketing and Sales for UBS's start-up Alternative Investments Group, reporting to the firm’s Chairman and CEO. In this role, she is credited with building the Business Development and Marketing functions from the ground up and contributing to a period of significant growth in assets under management, from $0 to $3B in four years.
