Sean Kapoor serves as Global Vice President, Revenue Growth and Business Strategy at Harman International, a Samsung company. His current mandate is to accelerate overall revenue growth and establish marketing as an engine for growth in the Harman Automotive business. He is chartered with establishing a longer-term vision for incremental growth, transforming the culture, and leading the business with disruptive growth ideas. He is responsible for driving the integration of all revenue-related and customer-facing functions, developing the foundational business and customer strategies, and leading the enterprise-wide strategy execution. Sean joined Harman in October 2011. Prior to his current role, he led the definition, expression, and implementation of Harman’s brand portfolio strategy across all customer touchpoints, spearheading the conceptualization, development, and execution of innovative and disruptive marketing strategies for driving consistent profitable growth for Harman's industry-defining audio brands. Sean is a seasoned marketer and business strategist with over 25 years of experience providing vision and leadership for the architecture, planning, and execution of successful global consumer brands, including Microsoft Windows, Xbox, IGT, Lifetime Television, etc. In addition to his role at Harman, Sean is a highly regarded member of several marketing communities and associations. In addition to his career in marketing, Sean also serves as the Co-Chairman of 100DreamFunds, a non-profit focused on closing the gender gap in higher education by empowering girls with scholarships, funding, mentorships, and more. Sean is passionate about connecting broader socio-economic and sustainability topics with businesses and brands.
