Ted Chi is an entrepreneurial marketing executive with extensive experience in digital media and technology. As VP, Marketing Strategy at NBCUniversal, Ted is responsible for establishing and leading the strategy and execution of consumer marketing for the Digital Distribution group. Prior to Universal, Ted served as CMO of TopLine Game Labs where he led all facets of marketing and PR. Prior to TopLine, Ted worked for Yahoo beginning in 2013 as Head of Marketing, Media and Brand Partnerships where he managed mobile and desktop product marketing across Yahoo media properties including sports, finance, games and entertainment. Beginning in 2008, he served as Vice President of Global Marketing at Disney Interactive where he led a global team responsible for strategic and product marketing across a portfolio of console, online/mobile and licensed games. Prior to Disney, Ted founded an Internet start-up in the restaurant industry and served in various marketing roles at both Fox and Activision. Ted received his MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, and his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of California, San Diego. Outside of work, Ted enjoys yoga, travel, music and most importantly, spending time with his wife and three boys.
