Claire Macland is a passionate and dynamic business leader with significant experience in driving change and leading teams in the IT industry. She has built up skills in a wide variety of commercial go-to-market areas including: Managing teams through periods of significant business growth or change including mergers and acquisitions, new market entry, category creation, channel re-engineering and go-to-market transformation. Within marketing, skills include brand transformation, data-driven profiling and targeting, integrated marketing in an increasingly digital world, marketing to the C-suite, customer experience, field marketing, PR, AR and internal communications. Claire Macland was formerly the SVP of Global Marketing EMEA at Equinix and has been the VP of Marketing at Avaya.
