Ms. Tu is a seasoned marketing and general business leader with more than two decades’ experience in marketing and business management in the financial services and fast-moving consumer goods sectors. At Techcombank, Ms. Tu has overseen the creation of a new vision, "Change banking, Change Lives", and led innovative marketing and customer engagement strategies that have promoted its “Be Greater” brand promise and driven rapid growth in brand value. Ms. Tu is a passionate advocate for corporate social responsibility and has led the Bank’s efforts to contribute to the community by promoting healthy living. Under her guidance the Bank has worked with city government to create the Techcombank Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi marathons and contribute to community values.   She leads by example and has herself completed the World Marathon Major events in Boston, Chicago, London, and Tokyo and is on track to become a Six Star Finisher.

Prior to Techcombank, Ms. Tu held various senior executive positions during a decade with FrieslandCampina and eight years with Unilever. Ms. Tu was named in the Campaign Asia’s Asia-Pacific Power List for the second consecutive year 2025, highlighting her position as one of the most influential marketers in the region. She also won a Gold Stevie® Award in the 2025 Asia-Pacific Stevie® Awards for Cross-Media Marketing excellence for her My Own Greatness brand campaign. She has an MBA from University of California Irvine (UCI) and a Business Management graduate degree in HCMC University of Foreign Languages and Information Technology.
